Donate Items in the West Midlands

Knowing what items are needed the most in the West Midlands
Across the West Midlands, charities and community groups rely on donated items to support people experiencing homelessness, facing financial hardship, or rebuilding their lives after a period without stable housing. A warm coat, basic groceries or household essentials can make an immediate difference and help someone begin to feel safe, settled and supported again.
These everyday items do more than meet urgent needs. They help create the practical foundation that allows other support, such as housing advice, wellbeing services and skills training, to take root. Together, these efforts reflect the West Midlands Combined Authority’s Positive Pathway approach, helping people move from crisis towards greater stability and independence.
Below, you’ll find organisations across the region, the items they currently need most, and how to arrange a donation.
