Leeds Street Support Partnership

This partnership has existed since 2018 and brings together a range of commissioned services to tackle rough sleeping and street homelessness in Leeds. This Video gives reflections from the different agencies that are part of the Street Support team. Many of the agencies participate in Homeless Charter working groups and are part of the Leeds Homeless Forum.
