The following partner organisations can apply for Big Change funding:

Barnabus

Barnabus provides practical support for people experiencing homelessness, including food, clothing and showers.

Big Issue North

Big Issue North supports vendors to earn a legitimate income through selling the Big Issue magazine.

Boaz Trust

Boaz Trust provides housing and support for destitute asylum seekers and refugees in Greater Manchester.

Booth Centre

Booth Centre offers activities, training and support for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Business in the Community

Business in the Community works with businesses to create a fairer society and help people into employment.

Centrepoint North

Centrepoint North provides support for young people who are homeless or at risk.

Change4Good

Change4Good helps people experiencing homelessness with practical support and mentoring.

Coffee4Craig

Coffee4Craig provides a warm, welcoming space with food, drink and support for people who are homeless.

Cornerstone

Cornerstone provides day centre services, food and support for people in need.

Greater Together Manchester

Greater Together Manchester connects communities and organisations to tackle poverty and homelessness.

Humankind

Humankind provides drug, alcohol and mental health support services across the North of England.

Justlife

Justlife supports people living in temporary and insecure accommodation to improve their health and wellbeing.

Lifeshare

Lifeshare provides emergency accommodation and support for young people and adults who are homeless.

Manchester City Mission

Manchester City Mission works with the most marginalised people in the city, providing practical and emotional support.

Manchester City of Sanctuary

Manchester City of Sanctuary supports asylum seekers and refugees to feel welcome and safe in Manchester.

MASH

MASH (Manchester Action on Street Health) supports women involved in sex work, many of whom experience homelessness.

MCC Outreach Team

Manchester City Council's Outreach Team works directly with people sleeping rough to connect them with support services.

Mens Room

Mens Room supports young men who are at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness and sexual exploitation.

Mustard Tree

Mustard Tree provides practical support including food, furniture and employment opportunities for people in poverty.

On The Out

On The Out supports people leaving prison to find accommodation and avoid homelessness.

Reach Out to the Community

Reach Out to the Community provides food, clothing and support on the streets of Manchester.

Riverside

Riverside provides housing and support services for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Sanctuary Supported Living

Sanctuary Supported Living provides housing with support for people with a range of needs.

Shelter

Shelter provides advice, support and legal services for people experiencing homelessness and housing problems.

SSG (Stop Start Go)

SSG helps people experiencing homelessness develop skills and confidence to move into independent living.

Urban Village Medical Practice

Urban Village Medical Practice provides primary healthcare services for people experiencing homelessness.

Walking with the Wounded

Walking with the Wounded supports ex-military personnel who are experiencing homelessness or other challenges.

Wythenshawe Community Housing

Wythenshawe Community Housing provides affordable homes and community support in south Manchester.
