We’re a free and confidential service for young people and young adults under 25 years old. We’re here to give you help and advice with the challenges you’re facing in your everyday life.
We are entirely non-judgemental and have a person-centred approach. We’ll listen and support you to make the positive changes that you want for a healthier lifestyle. Our team can help you with your own drugs and alcohol use whether you would like to reduce intake or be abstinent; we can work around you.
We have a separate team that specialises in building emotional resilience for young people who have been affected by someone else's alcohol or drug use.

- One to one key working in the community or at home
- Family interventions
- Peer mentoring
- Groupwork with young people
- Training for professionals
